Entrance hall, leading to an open plan family Kitchen, with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer. Open plan family Dining room and Lounge, fitted with a three piece suite/double sofa bed, along with tv/dvds, ample books and games. The stairs lead to the first floor consisting of Bathroom, offering bath, shower, basin and toilet. Large main bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe and chests of drawers, tv/dvd, along with childrens toys, lego, games and puzzles to be found in the divan bed's drawers. Large, twin-bedded room with wardrobe and chests of drawers, tv/dvd with nintendo 64 games console. Modern travel cot/playpen available on request

There are central heating radiators throughout the property, making it ideal for out of season use. There is space for parking a small car or boat in the front yard and ample storage in the rear yard for beach gear.
