Situated in one and a half acres of garden, The Woodlands offers all the modern comforts in a traditional country house setting. We have two totally self-contained apartments on the top and garden floor of our family house, Mewstone View and Breakwater View, in a secluded spot with private parking. Enjoy the sea view and then wander down a grassy path through the garden to the village and beach, just two minutes away. At The Woodlands we cater for traditional bucket and spade holidays in the peaceful, unspoilt village of Cawsand. There is a warm welcome for parties of all sizes – from couples to large groups wishing to holiday together.  

Both apartments have easy access to each other. The pace of life is easy and reminiscent of your childhood holidays. Mewstone View occupies the garden level of the house with direct access to a private garden area with a terrace set with table,chairs and umbrella where you can enjoy al fresco suppers overlooking the sea and village.The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests with further space for 2 on a sofa bed in the living room or extra stacking single beds in the very large main bedroom.There is 1 bathroom with a bath,over bath shower and WC plus an extra WC in the games area.  

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher,microwave etc,the living room has TV with some access to Sky channels,DVD and video plus books ,games ,toys ,DVD's and videos.Electricity is included plus Oil CH. The apartments are cleaned to a very high standard and there are comfortable beds with feather duvets and pillows and good quality laundered bed linen and towels.  

There is a communal basement room with WC, mini table tennis ,toys ,beach toys etc with full laundry facilities in a separate room plus after beach shower in the courtyard outside . Use of BBQ plus full size table tennis table available in courtyard.Guests can enjoy the very large level lawn area in main gardens.All linen is provide plus cots ,high chairs etc if needed,the accommodation is very family friendly.
