Coast Cottage is a charming 18th Century property in a beautiful and unspoilt Cornish village. The accommodation offers three bedrooms, two twins and one double. Bed linen is supplied but please bring your own towels. The GROUND floor houses one twin room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The back door leads out to the patio area from which steps lead to the garden. The FIRST floor offers the other bedrooms and a large spacious bathroom. The TOP floor has been converted into a comfortable lounge giving wonderful sea views out to Plymouth Sound and Fort Picklecombe, Dartmoor can be seen in the distance. The cottage has a comfortable relaxing atmosphere which we hope you will enjoy. We politely ask you NOT to smoke in the bedrooms Dogs are allowed by arrangement, please check beach laws Kingsand & Cawsand are family friendly villages There are many pubs which offer excellent food and drink There are two local car parks, one in Kingsand, and one in Cawsand Coast Cottage is our home, please treat it with care.
