Mayflower Cottage is one of the oldest properties in Kingsand, having been constructed in early 17th century. It has recently been lovingly restored to offer modern day comforts whilst retaining immense character and charm. It is ideally situated in the heart of the village, surrounded by meandering pedestrian streets and centrally located between the beaches, pubs, tearooms and local store. The cottage comprises:- 2 good sized bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin - sleeps 4 comfortably, travel cot & baby gate provided, all bed linen provided. Modern bathroom - bath with shower, heater & fan, large airing cupboard. Comfortable lounge - TV with freeview, DVD / CD & video, window seat, exposed beams & tiled floors, electric fire. Separate kitchen / diner - belfast sink, fridge, washing machine & tumble dryer, electric oven / hob, microwave, rustic dining table, child's booster seat provided, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, iron & board etc. The cottage is heated by economy 7 storage heaters downstairs and oil radiators upstairs, when required. The only thing we would ask you to bring is towels. The village car park is only 100 yards away and if you wish to take advantage of reserved parking, we will collect a pass ready for your arrival. An indication of our tariff is listed below and we are happy to provide short breaks, where availability permits. Please note that car parking fees are charged separately.
