Penlee Narrows is a charming 19th century terraced cottage which looks out onto The Village Green at the front and from the back over the rooftops to the sea. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. The modern well equipped kitchen has an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge. There is also a washer/dryer. In the sitting room, which has glorious sea views, there is a television, a portable stereo cassette/radio/CD player and a pair of binoculars. All electricity and all linen are included in the rent. There is a storage heater in every room and there is a small wood burner in the sitting room which is for burning wood only. Dogs may be allowed if booked with us in advance, at an extra charge of £25. Smoking is not allowed. Penlee Narrows is available all year round for weekly bookings and for great value short winter breaks between September and March (excluding the Christmas period) when the roads are quiet and the weather can be wild or beautiful!
