Walney overlooks Girt Beach in the heart of Kingsand, adjacent to the Clocktower. The ground floor for the last ten years has been that popular venue, The Cleave Tearooms. It has now been converted into a spacious and light studio apartment, which sleeps 2 very comfortably. Hall area with door into an attractive sitting and dining area, with the original tiled floor and large windows overlooking the sea . There are two comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV and dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is fitted with all appliances. The well screened bedroom area has a 5ft bed, large ensuite shower room with slate flooring and heated towel rail. Night storage heating, all linen and house towels supplied.
