Set in the middle of Garrett Street’s landward side, Park View is one of only a few houses to enjoy uninterrupted sea views (and Edgecombe park!) The garden, accessible up steep steps from the backyard allows visitors to enjoy the outdoors whilst being sheltered from the offshore winds.

A barbecue, table, chairs and loungers are at your disposal. Owned by the same family since 1943. Margaret and husband Michael set about lovingly restoring the house and making it fit for visitors, with the first paying guests arrived in 1994. Since then, hundreds of families have been able to share the magic of the house, its garden hideaway, and its spectacular uninterrupted views over the Plymouth Sound.

Margaret and Michael make regular trips down to Cawsand from their family home guaranteeing the high standards of upkeep and welcome for guests and enjoying the house with family and friends. All three of their children and now their four grandchildren are also regular visitors; making the most of the sailing, diving and outdoors activities the village and its surroundings has to offer.
