The Old School House is located on the sea between the villages of Kingsand and Cawsand on the South West Coastal Path and is only 30 minutes from Plymouth and five minutes from Polhawn Fort.  There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the house.  The nearest car park is a 50 metre walk away.

The accommodation includes a double room with four poster bed and a small balcony over the sea, a double/family room overlooking the sea and a smaller twin bedded room, all with ensuite facilities.  The dining area is right beside the sea with spectacular views across the bay, Plymouth Sound and Dartmoor.

John and Penny run a relaxed Bed and Breakfast in their home and offer a substantial breakfast that includes fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals including home made muesli, porridge, toast etc and a choice of full English (delicious black pudding) or smoked salmon, smoked haddock and scallops - yum!

There are three beaches within very easy reach of the house where children can safely explore the sand, the rock pools and the sea.
