Situated in one and a half acres of garden, The Woodlands offers all the modern comforts in a traditional country house setting. We have two totally self-contained apartments on the top and garden floor of our family house, BREAKWATER VIEW [sleeps up to 10 ] and MEWSTONE VIEW [ sleeps up to 6 ] , in a secluded spot with private parking. Enjoy the sea view and then wander down a grassy path to the village and beach, just two minutes away. At The Woodlands we cater for traditional bucket and spade holidays in the peaceful, unspoilt village of Cawsand.

There is a warm welcome for parties of all sizes – from couples to large groups wishing to holiday together. Both apartments have easy access to each other. The pace of life is easy and reminiscent of your childhood holidays. BREAKWATER VIEW occupies the whole of the top floor of the house with far reaching views over the sea. It is accessed via some stone steps down to a pretty courtyard and then into the communal games area room with WC and separate laundry room.

There are 5 short flights of stairs to the apartment which is completely self contained from the main house. There are 4 bedrooms, one with a super king bed, one with twin beds, one with a king size bed which leads into one with twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and WC and one with bath and over bath shower and WC. There is a large kitchen with table, chairs, dishwasher, microwave; fridge freezer etc .

The very spacious living room has a comfortable bed settee, TV with some sky channels, DVD and Video, board games, toys etc. The very large landing has a dining table and chairs plus room to play. Electricity is provided plus oil CH. The basement games area has mini table tennis plus beach toys, WC and access to communal laundry room. There is use of a BBQ, garden table, chairs and umbrella on the large main lawn plus full size table tennis table in the courtyard. The accommodation is very family friendly with cots, high chairs etc available, The beds are comfortable with feather duvets and pillows with well laundered good quality towels and bed linen.
